The Building Consultant

Mark has spent 44 years in residential and commercial construction. The Building Consultant offers services to identify moisture intrusion and construction defects. Clients include attorneys, homeowners, builders, and subcontractors.
Among Mark's many certifications are Thermographer, BESI Certified Building Envelope Investigator, EDI EIFS/Stucco/Stone Inspector. He is on the EDI board of directors.
Mark is published in the Journal of Light Construction and has presented seminars to ASHI Inspection World' national conference from 2015 to 2020, many stat/regional ASHI groups, AIA Iowa Convention 2011 & 2012, Iowa Association for Justice Annual Seminar 2014, Alliant Energy Builder Training 2015 & 2016, and more.
