Workforce Committee

Our workforce development committee focuses on building awareness and skills of the next generation of our workforce. Some of our areas of interest are student home build programs, HBA student chapters, summer camps, residential home building pre-apprenticeship programs, career fairs, school speaking opportunities, and internship and mentorship opportunities.
