We value relationships first and foremost. Whether it is a current client, potential client, or vendor, we take pride in forming those relationships and nurturing them along the way. At Brenner Built we want every house to be standing for generations to come. There are several quality control checks put in place during the build process to ensure the highest quality possible. On the back end of the process, warranty issues will be addressed within one week of notification and be resolved within 30 days. This standard helps keep the top quality long after the house is built. Brenner Built is owned and operated by Cody Brenner. Alongside Cody, several other members play a huge role in the day to day side of things. Abbie Brenner, Andrew Bruellman, Jordan Ross, and Kelly Waetke make up the rest of the team handling things from design, project management, sale and accounting.
FAVORITE PART:
Our favorite part of the show is being able to interact with all of the visitors that come through the show and getting to know different groups in conversation. We also enjoy the opportunity to get to know other builders and trades while touring the variety of homes.
ABOUT THE HOME:
With the house already being pre-sold, our biggest goal this year is to show the general public that a nice, high end home is still attainable at a variety of price points. This home is smaller than others but will still have the high end finishes and design one can expect.
